For conservation, health and safety reasons it is not allowed in the museum:
• Touch the displays;
• Eat or drink;
• Smoke;
• Animals - except guide dogs and small animals (carried on your lap or in a bag) ;
• No flash photography and no use of a tripod;
• Filming without authoprization from the Museum Board;
• Please note that large and wheeled suitcases that cannot be carried must be left in the reception. This is subject to availability of space, so it is recommended that visitors avoid bringing such items if possible;
For your security, most areas of the Museum are protected by CCTV.
The museum accepts payment in cash (euros only), debit, credit cards and MB Way.
If you are interested, ask at the ticket office when the next guided tour will take place.
